Do you offer click and collect? Yes we do, just include it in message at checkout for delivery and we'll have it ready for you.
Does my delivery require a signature? Yes it does as we use couriers and want to be sure that your purchase arrives with you safely.
Can I track delivery? Yes we will send you tracking details as soon as your item has been disptached.
How long does delivery take? We aim for next day delivery if order placed before 10am, after this time it will be dispatched next day and with you the following day (excluding Saturday dispatch.
Can I order by telephone? Absolutely just call the store on 02890 687012 between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

Is the ordering process secure? Yes. Our card processor Square complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
How long do refunds take? Card refunds can take between 9-10 days, at a maximum.
How do I return an item? Returns can be brought to the store, even if purchased online. Alternatively if you cannot get to the store, then please pop it in the post to us ensuring that its clearly marked to store address.

Do you sell gift cards? Yes we sell Omnibus Home gift certificates, these are available online and in our store.
